Is a studio maternity session for you?

I am the first to admit that any type of maternity session can be a bit intimidating. Having my photos taken when I was pregnant was the last thing I wanted. I felt enormous and anything but beautiful. But man, had I known about the options available to me, I might have gone for it. Pregnancy is a fleeting moment in your life. And while it might feel like it’s taking forever for baby to arrive, it will be over before you know it. I have very few photos of myself when I was pregnant, and it’s definitely something I regret.

But enough about that! Let’s chat about studio maternity sessions and all they have to offer. There are so many looks we can achieve in the studio. From fun and glamorous to sexy and dramatic, I am up for whatever you’d like to do.  A studio session is completely private, and if you’d like your images for your eyes only, it is absolutely fine to request that. But I’d love to show off how beautiful you are. Pregnancy curves look great on everyone, so be proud and confident, because I know you’re going to look amazing!

I have a growing collection of gowns, fabrics and accessories you are welcome to use at your session. You are welcome to bare as much skin as you’re comfortable with. And we can certainly use well-placed fabrics, hands and shadows for a bit of modesty.
