One Year Photo Session Smash and Splash

I’ve had this session planned in my head for a few years now, but sometimes it takes a while to pull everything together. Mainly, a bath tub. When Isla’s mama specifically requested a smash n splash session, I knew it was time to go for it! And Isla did an awesome job! We got a handful of beautiful portraits of her and then moved right into her smash cake pictures. And of course, what better way to clean up then to put her right into the tub. This is such a fun way to get a variety of shots for a first birthday session.

There are so many options for a first birthday session, starting with your choice of a studio session or an outdoor session. Then we can keep things simple, or we can get festive and add in balloons, decorations, and even a smash cake. And don’t forget that bubble bath at the end!
