Every so often, after many client sessions, I like to do a session just for myself. Sometimes there’s a certain pose I want to try. Sometimes there’s a certain setup I think will work well. Sometimes it’s just nice to work with a baby when there’s no pressure involved. It’s good for the soul I’ve found. It helps get my creative juices flowing again. I’ve been a Newborn Portrait Artist for more than four years, and I love every second. And this little beauty below will definitely make you see why.

Riley came in to see me because I had a vision. I love a good orchid, purpley-pink color and when I saw this amazing throw, I knew I had to have it. So I pulled some other items together and had her parents bring her in. And she truly was the most perfect model.
