What a perfect little princess Penelope is! Her mom came with the cutest, poofiest dresses and we were able to get a ton of variety in her setups. And those birthday bloomers are just too darling! Penelope wasn’t too sure about her smash cake, but not all little ones are. But I love her festive color scheme … aqua and purple go great together!
